Tums is available in multiple strengths and ... i know taking baking soda or tums (or any type of antacid) makes oral adderall absorb better, therefore causing enhanced effects. but does anyone know if this would be the case with vyvanse too, since it's absorbed differently?

i've been taking magnesium before and with vyvanse lately in order... If I take adderall XR (either crushed or uncrushed) along with Tums or baking soda, will this increased absorption due to alkalization cause the drug to be metabolized and excreted from my system faster? Or in other words, will it provide increased effects/more intense rush for a shorter period... The tums/baking soda/rolaids etc serve the purpose of increasing the pH of the stomach and GI, aiding in a higher BA/peak plasma level of the drug, as the solubility and permeability of things like amphetamine are higher in an alkaline/basic environment. I'm trying a stronger dose today, but I have bad indigestion, would it be ok to take tums before I take my 12 30 dose?

Tums isn't really necessary but it does help with the shell growth. The downside is it clouds the water rather easily although no harm is done in the process. It just takes hours for it to clear out. I dose Tums daily and use flavored ones. Unflavored ones are ignored. You can try Caltrate (without Vitamin D added).
If you want long lasting calcium source, try plaster of Plaster pucks. It's in ... IME white grapefruit is incredibly effective with oxycodone. Cimetidine is good too but not as much.
